Monster Cookies
Description
This recipe was acquired from my aunt, who I believe acquired it from my grandma. While the cookies were good just as is, there were a few things I adjusted to my liking and that is the final recipe below! I’ve always loved monster cookies because it’s like 3 cookies in one. I always felt like it was a cross between a chocolate chip, oatmeal, and peanut butter cookie. All the best kind of cookies, in my opinion. The little bit of honey helps the cookie become slightly chewy while remaining soft. Feel free to add in more chocolate gems or chocolate chips as well! These cookies will not disappoint.
