My favorite go-to snack with granola is a yogurt and berry parfait. It’s a super simple snack that can be made in a jar by layering the yogurt, berries, and granola, or just combine it all in a bowl! Granola is also often used as cereal, if that is something you would enjoy.
Granola that is both sweet and a bit salty with a crunch so irresistible that you won’t want to go back to the store-bought kind again.
Peanut Butter and honey are a classic combo, so turning it into a crunchy decadent granola was a no brainer in my book. It’s still got the salty sweet flavor with the pinch of salt added in. Granola was something that I always perceived as “healthy”, basically because it had oats in it. Until I started actually reading the nutrition facts and ingredients on some of the granola I had been consuming and realized that it may not be *as* healthy as it is chalked up to be. I’ve found that as long as there are whole, clean ingredients and consumed in moderation, then it can certainly be included in a healthy balanced diet! This made me want to create my own version, and better yet, they were all ingredients that I typically keep on hand in my pantry! Only six ingredients and less than 30 minutes for prep and baking to make this clean and delicious granola, you may never go back to store bought again!
