Ingredients
  • 8 oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Butter (1 stick), room temperature
  • 3 cup Lakanto Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener (Can use regular powdered sugar if not making sugar free)
  • 1 Lemon, zested
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Extract
Instructions
    1. In an electric stand mixer bowl, add the cream cheese and butter. Mix on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
    2. Add the lemon zest, vanilla extract, and lemon extract. Mix on low until combined.
    3. Slowly add in the powdered sweetener one cup at a time while on low. It will gradually thicken into a frosting.
    4. Use to frost your cake or cupcakes.
