Instructions

In an electric stand mixer bowl, add the cream cheese and butter. Mix on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Add the lemon zest, vanilla extract, and lemon extract. Mix on low until combined.
Slowly add in the powdered sweetener one cup at a time while on low. It will gradually thicken into a frosting.
Use to frost your cake or cupcakes.
