Description

I always get excited when there is a cake batter flavored or themed food. It's sweet, colorful, and almost a guaranteed smile after that first bite. I mean, who doesn't love birthday cake and sprinkles? I saw a chocolate chip cookie dough dip, and I was instantly inspired to create a cake batter dip, but make it extra fun and simple to make.

The best part about this dip, is that you can use pretty much anything to dip into it. A few of my favorites would be animal crackers, graham crackers, strawberries, and apples. Feel free to get creative with your dipping vessel! Store in air tight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days.

Ingredients
  • 1 Package Sugar Free Vanilla Cake Mix (I used Pillsbury)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 8 oz Low Fat Whipped Topping (Thawed)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Rainbow Sprinkles (As much as you want)
Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
    2. Spread the cake mix on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes. This will help remove any bacteria in the raw flour. Let cool completely.
    3. Mix together the cooled cake mix, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and whipped topping.
    4. Add in your preferred amount of sprinkles and mix.
    5. Serve with items such as: graham crackers, animal crackers, strawberries, apples, etc.
