2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, chopped into small strips
2tsp Olive Oil
1tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Onion Powder
1/2tsp Paprika
1/2tsp Oregano
2tsp Lemon Zest
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 6” Pita Breads or 8 Mini Pita Breads
1/2cup thinly sliced Red Onion, divided
1cup Sliced Tomato, divided
1/2cup Tzatziki, divided
Tzatziki Ingredients
1cup Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt
1 small Lemon, juiced
1clove Garlic, minced
1/3cup Cucumber, shredded and drained of excess liquid
1tbsp Fresh Mint, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until combined.

Chicken Gyro Instructions
Chicken Gyro Instructions:
Add the chicken to a bowl with the olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until each chicken strip is coated.
Cook in the air fryer at 360*F for 12 min, turning halfway through. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can cook it in the oven at 350*F for about 12 minutes, until cooked through.
Assemble the gyros by placing one portion of the chicken, red onion, tomato, and tzatziki onto a pita. Or if you are using mini pitas, divide between two mini pitas.
