    1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until combined.

    Chicken Gyro Instructions:

    1. Add the chicken to a bowl with the olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until each chicken strip is coated.
    2. Cook in the air fryer at 360*F for 12 min, turning halfway through. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can cook it in the oven at 350*F for about 12 minutes, until cooked through.
    3. Assemble the gyros by placing one portion of the chicken, red onion, tomato, and tzatziki onto a pita. Or if you are using mini pitas, divide between two mini pitas.
